Entrepreneurship Week started in Bashkiria

Entrepreneurship Week started in the Republic on May 22. This traditional event is being held in the region for the 10th time. This year the theme week will last until May 26. The Republican Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Tourism organized the event with the assistance of business support institutions, public associations of entrepreneurs, and universities to implement the national project "Small and medium-sized businesses and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives."

The event began with a business breakfast, bringing representatives of business communities and business support institutions. They were welcomed by the Republican Deputy Minister of Entrepreneurship and Tourism, Alisa Gibadullina.

“The Republic of Bashkortostan does not reduce the number of small and medium-sized businesses. This became possible thanks to support measures implemented at the federal, regional, and municipal levels. As a result, the number of people employed in the business in Bashkiria and self-employed is among the highest in the country,” said Alisa Gibadullina.

The events that will be held within the framework of the thematic week are designed to become platforms for dialogue, discussion of many problematic issues, and interaction of entrepreneurs within the framework of mentoring and will be exciting and valuable for both small and medium-sized and large businesses. It is planned to conduct online broadcasts at many sites to cover all interested categories of entrepreneurs as much as possible, and information will be posted on social networks of entrepreneurial communities.

Representatives of state bodies, business support and development institutions, well-known entrepreneurs, and experts at the federal level will act as speakers at the events of Entrepreneurship Week.

A distinctive feature of the anniversary Entrepreneurship Week in the Republic will be holding events in Ufa and directly in the municipalities. Their announcements will be posted on the social networks of local administrations and business sheriffs.
