First countryside trading project received land without bidding in Bashkiria

The Ural Yul Company invests 3 million rubles in constructing a retail facility in the Chuvash-Kubovo village, Iglinsky district. It will include several stores, a pharmacy, and two pick-up points. Recently, an agreement was signed with the Ministry of Trade on implementing a large-scale investment project.

According to the department, Ural Yul became the first investor to build a stationary retail facility in a settlement with a population of fewer than 5 thousand people and, following the law, to receive state support in the form of providing a land plot without bidding. According to the conditions, the investment project should cost at least 2.5 million rubles and create at least 2 jobs.

In general, it is planned to create nine similar projects in the republic (for the construction of a trade or catering facility) in rural areas with a total investment of 26.5 million rubles.
