Machine-tool plant will be built in Bashkiria

The project to create a machine-tool plant in Ufa, initiated by Technoprom, has been approved for inclusion in the list of priority investment projects in Bashkiria. This was reported to Bashinform News Agency in the press service of the Republican government.

The investor intends to invest about 334 million rubles in the new project, creating 49 new jobs at the industrial enterprise.

It is planned to build a machine-tool plant in the Demsky district. Dosing and honing machines, pouring machines, and lines for gluing sandwich panels will be produced here. The investor intends to start production in 2025.

According to experts, the manufactured products will allow customers to increase labor productivity, reduce the cost of their products and increase competitiveness.

In addition, it is also planned to place a start-up studio on the territory of the plant. Together with universities and the Innovation Promotion Fund, machine tool building and automation start-ups will be created to implement the federal project "University Technological Entrepreneurship Platform".

Recall that including the project in the list of priority investment projects of Bashkiria allows investors to receive not only special tax benefits but also a wide range of preferences from the state. In particular, assigning a priority status to a project provides property tax benefits, the use of an investment tax deduction, and the possibility of obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding.
