Largest logistics center for 1 billion rubles will build in Bashkiria

The Ufimsky district plans to create the largest food distribution site in Bashkiria with a wholesale and retail base. The project for constructing the BashFood logistics center in this region of the republic at the “Investment Hour” session was presented to the Head of the Republic by Murad Gabdulnafikov, General Director of Absolut.

According to him, the logistics center will unite three buildings with a total area of 40,000 square meters. It will house trading and storage facilities for fruits, vegetables, groceries, and processing facilities. Up to 1.5 thousand people will be able to work in the center.

The site must also create free places to sell products of individual subsidiary plots and farm goods of Bashkir production.

The total volume of investments is about 1 billion rubles.

Based on the discussion results at the “Investment Hour” session, held by the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, the project received priority status. The investor will be reimbursed for part of the costs of creating engineering and transport infrastructure. In addition, the administration of the Ufimsky district will help with the registration of the land.

As Bashinform News Agency reported earlier, it is planned to create a network of technoparks and an educational center in the republic based on a public-private partnership. This was also reported at the “Investment Hour” session in the administration of the Head of the Region.
