118 investment projects in trade and service are being implemented in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Trade and Services of Bashkiria is actively working to attract investment in the economy of the republic and support projects. Currently, the ministry oversees 118 investment projects with a total investment of 41.5 billion rubles, including 99 projects in the development of roadside services worth 12 billion rubles, in the trade and warehouse logistics field - 19 projects with a total investment of 29.5 billion rubles. This was announced at an operational meeting of the government of Bashkiria by Minister of Trade and Services Alexei Gusev.

According to Aleksey Gusev, 2022 has become one of the critical years for the trade sector in terms of forming tools to support the industry. To develop trade infrastructure and increase investment attractiveness, projects for the construction of shopping and entertainment facilities and wholesale and logistics infrastructure are included in promising areas of investment activity for the development of the republic’s economy. They can receive the full range of state support measures for priority investment projects - tax preferences, obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding, and receiving a subsidy to compensate for part of engineering and transport infrastructure costs.
