The Federal Air Transport Agency has published an order on the admission of airlines to carry out international air cargo and passenger transportation.
In particular, the Red Wings airline received permission to operate flights from Ufa to Tehran with frequent flights three times a week. The same carrier will operate flights from the capital of Bashkiria to Mattala (Sri Lanka). The Azur-Air airline will fly from Ufa to the unofficial capital of Sri Lanka, Colombo.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency reported that the authorities of Bashkiria are ready to subsidize flights from Tehran to Ufa.
