

The sowing campaign is gaining momentum in Bashkiria. By April 20, farmers from 42 districts entered the fields. Spring sowing was carried out on 147.3 thousand hectares, including 120 thousand hectares sown with grain and leguminous crops and almost 10 thousand hectares with fodder crops. Some farms have started sowing oilseeds (16.7 thousand hectares) and sugar beets (672 hectares).
As Bashinform News Agency found out, sowing is most active in the Ilishevsky district, where the sowing area exceeded 25 thousand hectares, as well as in Dyurtyulinsky (11.5 thousand hectares), Karmaskaly (9.5 thousand hectares), Chekmagushevsky (8.7 thousand hectares), Meleuzovsky (8.6 thousand hectares) districts.
It should be remembered that in Bashkortostan, it is planned to sow 2 million 117 thousand hectares with spring crops.
