The Turkish company Agropro plans to build a plant in the republic to produce granary equipment, clean and dry seeds, and make flour and cereals. The meeting with the investor was held by the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov.
The project’s economic feasibility is due to the high demand of the agro-industrial complex of the republic in granaries - last year, the grain harvest exceeded 5 million tons.
The estimated volume of investments is 7 billion rubles. The new plant will create over 200 jobs. According to the declared parameters, the project can be included in the lists of priority and large-scale ones, with the corresponding amount of benefits and state support.
According to the government’s press service, the investor is already looking for a suitable site. The other day, the company’s representatives examined the SEZ "Alga" and the industrial park "Ufimsky". Soon the Agropro investment project will be presented at the “Investment Hour” session in the House of the Republic.
