Ufa ranked 3rd in Russia in terms of salaries offered
Ufa ranked third in Russia in terms of salaries offered. This was reported to Bashinform News Agency in the hh.ru research service, whose specialists analyzed March vacancies opened in the 25 largest cities of the country and found out where they offer the highest earnings.
Moscow expectedly took the first place. The average salary offered in the Russian capital was 78,576 rubles. This is 20,328 rubles more than in Russia (58,248 rubles).
Irkutsk took second place in terms of the salaries offered with 68,218 rubles. Ufa closed the top three - 66,790 rubles.
“The average salary offered in the capital of Bashkiria was 66,790 rubles. Analysts emphasized this is about 8.5 thousand rubles more than the national average. — Compared to March 2022, the average salary offer in Ufa increased by 8,120 rubles at once. Today, almost 17 thousand vacancies are open in the city, of which 12% offer a salary of 150,000 rubles or more. Three-quarters of such vacancies imply work on a rotational basis.
