Sports and recreation center for 600 million rubles plan to build in Ufa

Potential investors are offered to build a sports and health center in the Shaksha neighborhood. The estimated volume of investments will be 600 million rubles with the creation of 36 new jobs. The project is planned to be implemented through the conclusion of a concession agreement with the administration of Ufa, the press service of the government of Bashkiria reports.

It is assumed that the object will consist of two back rooms with a total area of more than 6 thousand square meters. In the first one, the investor can place a swimming pool, a martial arts hall, an aerobic and a gym, a coaching room, a canteen, locker rooms, and other spaces for visitors. In the second one - two universal sports halls and administrative premises. The estimated project budget includes design and survey, construction and installation work, and purchasing of the necessary equipment.

Under the terms of the concession agreement, the land plot owned by the administration of Ufa will be leased to the investor on preferential terms without bidding.
