By implementing the state program for the integrated development of rural areas, 69 facilities are being built for a total of 1.3 billion rubles in Bashkiria. Prime Minister of the republican government Andrey Nazarov announced this on his telegram channel, commenting on the results of the visit to Bashkiria of Russia's First Deputy Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut.
“We visited facilities being built under the program for the integrated development of rural areas. In Bashkiria, within the framework of this program, 69 facilities are being built for 1.3 billion rubles. We have a large proportion of rural residents - 38 percent, more than 1.5 million people. Therefore, improving the quality of life in the countryside is one of the strategically important tasks,” said Andrey Nazarov.
A sports center has been opened in the village of Buraevo. The cost of the facility amounted to 467 million rubles. Of these, 414 million rubles are federal budget funds.
“It turned out to be a great sports center. We agreed to hold the All-Russian Summer Rural Sports Games at its base in August,” said the Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkiria. “Another sports center, in the village of Buribay, Khaibulinsky district, is planned to open at the end of April.”
Meanwhile, thanks to the program for the comprehensive development of rural areas, three new schools will be completed in the republic by the new academic year. Among them is a school in the village of Raevsky, Alsheevsky District, designed for 375 students.
A large-scale project is being implemented in Akyar, Khaibullinsky district - a school for 550 places with a boarding school for 140 places. It will be one of the largest schools in the Bashkir Trans-Urals. The technical readiness of the facility is 90 percent.
In the Chekmagushevsky district, under the program for the integrated development of rural areas, not only a school for 198 students will be built, but also a comprehensive compact development and improvement of the Molodezhny district will be completed.
“Oksana Lut, during the field meeting, expressed her positive assessment and noted that Bashkiria is the undisputed leader in this program. From the moment the program was launched in 2020, the republic immediately actively submitted projects, many of which were successfully implemented. This year, more than 700 million rubles have been allocated to the region to carry out the main activities - the development of transport infrastructure, the construction of housing, and social facilities. And this means that the transformation of rural areas will continue,” concluded Andrey Nazarov.
As Bashinform News Agency reported, the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, met with Oksana Lut, Russia's First Deputy Minister of Agriculture, on April 8. The main discussion topics were the development of rural areas, the sowing campaign, and the region’s interaction with the federal ministry.
“We work very effectively with the Russian Ministry of Agriculture team. Thank you for supporting our initiatives and projects to develop the agro-industrial sector. In Bashkiria, we are implementing a program for the integrated development of rural areas at a good pace. This is very important for our residents, and we are interested in further promoting the project,” said Radiy Khabirov.
