Bashkir grain producers will receive compensation for 462.6 million rubles

The first tranche of the federal budget of 462.6 million rubles has been allocated for subsidies to Bashkir agricultural companies. The funds will be brought to the recipients during April, the Ministry of Agriculture reported. These are partial compensations for their costs for grain production from the 2022 crop.

“Additional federal funds will be a significant support for our farmers, especially given the large stocks of grain on farms, thanks to the record harvest in 2022, and so far low selling prices,” said Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Agriculture of the Republic Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.

Subsidies for producing and selling grain crops have been issued to Russian farmers since 2021. From September 1, 2022, recipients of this type of state support must register in the federal state information system for the traceability of grain and products of its processing, the ministry recalled.

Lists of recipients and business entities that were rejected are here. According to the document, 194 applications were approved, and 109 were rejected, solely due to “non-compliance of documents with the requirements or non-submission of the documents specified in the Procedure for granting a subsidy.
