Minsk Motor Plant plans to organize engine assemblies and generator sets in Bashkiria

As Bashinform News Agency was informed in the press service of the Government of Bashkortostan, during a meeting with the representative of Bashkortostan at the trade mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Belarus Konstantin Klimin, the management of Minsk Motor Plant OJSC expressed their readiness to organize the production of engines of various modifications, diesel pumps, and diesel generator sets on the territory of Bashkortostan together with local enterprises.

“The Republic of Belarus is one of the main partners of Bashkortostan. It is nice to see that more and more Belarusian enterprises are striving to cooperate with our companies. Several enterprises of Bashkortostan have already expressed their interest in organizing a joint production of engines and generators with the Minsk Motor Plant on the territory of Bashkortostan, and we are working on this issue with them,” said Margarita Bolycheva, Minister of Foreign Economic Relations and Congress Activities of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Based on the meeting results, the management of OAO MMZ will study in detail the products of ESM LLC, Metallocompensator Plant LLC, and Concern Inmash LLC. In addition, the parties reached preliminary agreements to increase the range of Belzan JSC products supplied for OJSC MMZ and to test the products of Ural Spring Plant LLC. Soon, Bashkortostan companies will prepare and send their commercial proposals to MMZ OJSC.
