Federal-level all-season resort will be built in Abzelilovsky district of Bashkiria

The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, held a regular "Investment Hour" session. It considered some new industrial, agriculture, and tourist and recreational projects.

At the beginning of the meeting, members of the Investment Committee discussed the progress of the implementation of the Oleokemix LLC project for the processing of rapeseed and grain crops. As Bashinform News Agency previously reported, the Head of the Region, following a visit to the company's production site, invited the company's management to Invest Hour to work out measures to support the project’s second stage.

Director of the company Ruslan Samatov said at the meeting that for further development, it is necessary to build an elevator. This will, among other things, increase the depth of rapeseed processing.

The head of Bashkiria suggested formalizing the initiative as a new company project so that the republic could support its implementation.

Egor Yankov, General Director of Ike Tau Group, presented the concept of creating an all-season federal-level resort in the Abzelilovsky district.

With the support of Tourism.RF corporation plans to build a water park, a SPA complex, a ski center, a hotel with 1,000 rooms, and equip sports and entertainment grounds on 40 hectares. This will create about 500 new jobs. The total investment is estimated at 5.6 billion rubles. The head of Bashkortostan instructed the Ministry of Economic Development of the Republic to work out the project's financial and economic model with the investor.

“We had the idea of creating a large ski center in the region. If you confirm the effectiveness of the presented initiative, we will provide it with the necessary support,” he said.

Maxim Kopytov, Director of the Weighing Equipment Plant Trading House, and Azat Vildanov, General Director of the Ural Sports Equipment Plant, discussed joint plans to create the Beloretsk foundry in Beloretsk.

The project is planned to manufacture metal products to meet the needs of two enterprises in components. In addition, it will be possible to produce a wide range of parts for companies in the oil and gas sector.

The volume of investments in the project is 150 million rubles. It is planned to build a technological complex in an empty production building on the territory of Beloretsk, where repair work has already begun.

As a result of the discussion, the project received priority status by providing tax benefits. Radiy Khabirov also instructed the Republic's Ministry of Industry and Energy to connect the enterprise to the power supply networks.

In addition, the "Investment Hour" session approved three roadside service projects with a total investment of 174 million rubles. They involve the construction of multifunctional complexes in the Meleuz, Karmaskalinskiy, and Kushnarenkovskiy districts.
