According to updated data, the cost of spring field work this year will amount to 23 billion rubles, Deputy Prime Minister - Republican Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov said at an operational meeting in the government. This is almost 11% more than in 2022.
The primary tool for replenishing working capital is preferential short-term loans, which this year will be needed in the amount of about 10 billion rubles, said the head of the republican agro-industrial complex.
According to the agency, 211 applications for loans totaling 6.5 billion rubles have been approved to date.
More than 5.8 billion rubles (2.7 billion rubles from the federal budget) have been allocated for direct support of the agro-industrial complex this year and have already been brought to the recipients of 2.7 billion rubles.
Regional subsidies intended to help the sowing campaign, the farmers have practically mastered, said the Deputy Prime Minister. Over 80% of the cost compensation for purchasing equipment (1.18 billion out of 1.46 billion rubles) and mineral fertilizers (435.7 million out of 550 million rubles) has been used.
As Bashinform News Agency reported, the farms will need fuel and lubricants for 2.5 billion rubles for the sowing campaign, and grain seeds have been harvested by 101%.
