Small and medium-sized businesses in Bashkiria received 3.6 billion rubles of soft loans

As part of concessional lending programs, in January-March 2023, small and medium-sized businesses in Bashkiria received 166 concessional investment loans totaling 3.6 billion rubles.

Of these, 2 billion rubles — were under the program to stimulate lending, 1.3 billion rubles – were under the 1764 program, and the combined program - 285 million rubles.

These funds were used to purchase equipment, overhaul production facilities, and launch new production facilities, the Ministry of Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Belarus reported.

The combined lending program was launched in August 2022, and its main parameters are a rate of up to 4% for small and micro businesses, up to 2.5% for medium-sized companies, amounts from 50 million to 2 billion rubles; terms up to 10 years, of which the grace period is 5 years.

Under the 1764 program, preferential loans are available to companies from various sectors of the economy, individual entrepreneurs, and the self-employed. The maximum rate is calculated using the formula "the key rate of the Central Bank of Russia + no more than 2.75%" for up to 3 years. The loan amount is up to 2 billion rubles.

The program can be used by small and medium-sized enterprises of any industry, both for investment and turnover purposes. The lending rate is 10.5% per annum.

Entrepreneurs working in manufacturing industries, including food, processing agricultural products, logistics and hotel business, and scientific and technical activities, can count on preferential loans.

These programs are being implemented within the national project "Small and Medium Enterprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives". About 60 banks issue loans to entrepreneurs at a preferential rate, and the state compensates credit organizations for lost profits.
