

Organizations of Bashkiria, excluding small businesses, credit institutions, government agencies, and banks, received a profit of 381.5 billion rubles in 2022. This is 6.1% more than in 2021. The Bashkir Statistical Agency told Bashinform News Agency.
Manufacturing enterprises made the main contribution to the overall financial result - 260.3 billion rubles (68.2% of the total balanced economic impact), wholesale and retail trade; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles - 44.8 billion rubles (11.8%), engaged in the provision of electricity, gas, and steam; air conditioning - 15.9 billion rubles (4.2%), professional, scientific and technical activities - 15.8 billion rubles (4.1%), mining - 13.8 billion rubles (3.6%).
The decreased balanced profit last year compared to 2021 occurred in education, agriculture, forestry, hunting, fishing and fish farming, water supply, sanitation, waste collection and disposal, activities to eliminate pollution, and other areas.
The loss of unprofitable organizations amounted to 18.4 billion rubles against 19.2 billion rubles in 2021.
Regarding net profit, Bashkiria ranks third among the regions of the Volga Federal District (among the parts of Russia, it is 13th). In general, in the Russian Federation for 2022, a balanced profit of 25.9 trillion rubles was received (87.2% by 2021), summed up by Bashkir Statistical Agency.
