Bashkiria plans to purchase 50 new large buses this year
"The 35 new buses that we purchased at the end of 2022 for the State Unitary Enterprise Bashavtotrans as part of the Safe High-Quality Roads national project have already transported 1 million 107 thousand passengers," Alexander Klebanov, Republican Minister of Transport and Roads, wrote on social networks. 38,000 people more than the old-style buses were transported on this route in the same period last year. They run on route number 75 in Ufa. Low-floor comfortable buses have a folding ramp and space for a wheelchair. Also, what is essential: these buses are environmentally friendly because they run on natural gas fuel.
As part of the Safe High-Quality Roads national project, we will purchase another 50 large-class buses in 2023. We will send them to serve the 226th route."
