Head of Bashkiria spoke about results of business missions to foreign countries

In two years, the enterprises of Bashkiria signed 33 contracts with foreign partners for $29 million. This is the result of the participation of our enterprises in business missions to Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, and Turkey, the Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov said on his Telegram channel. He cited successful examples of how businessmen of Bashkiria establish relations with international partners.

During a visit to Uzbekistan, the trading house "Duslar" from Bashkiria agreed to supply products of the agro-industrial complex for 100 million rubles. The Ufa Company "KapMan" signed an export contract for tailoring overalls with the Belarusian "Globus". Now our company works with several Belarusian contractors, and Belarus is its leading foreign trade partner. The result of the business mission to Kazakhstan for the Beloretsk weighing equipment plant was several export contracts for the supply of its products. It was in such demand that the company opened a branch in Astana. The Alternativa Express Company from Oktyabrsky, which produces plastic household items, participated in two business missions simultaneously - to Belarus and Uzbekistan. The result is export contracts worth 100 million rubles to each country.

“I am glad that participation in such business missions is an effective development tool for our business. Enterprises acquire business contacts, become recognizable abroad, and expand production. And these are new jobs for the residents of our republic. Thanks to such visits, our foreign trade turnover is also growing. With Turkey, it grew by 37.6%, with Kazakhstan - by 10.1%, with Belarus - by 12.3%, with Uzbekistan - by 32.6%,” said Radiy Khabirov.
