Support for municipalities of Bashkiria in 2023 will amount to 100.5 billion rubles

The total amount of financial assistance to local budgets this year will amount to 100.5 billion rubles, Prime Minister Andrey Nazarov said at a meeting in the government of Bashkortostan.

“The main task of the government and local self-government bodies is to provide unconditional financing of priority and socially significant expenses. The total support for local budgets last year amounted to 102 billion rubles. Of these, non-targeted financial assistance - 12 billion, including subsidies for equalizing budgetary security - 7.5 billion. For 2023, the prime minister said that inter budgetary transfers are provided for 100.5 billion rubles, of which 7.8 billion rubles are for equalizing".

In today's conditions, effective measures are needed to increase one's income potential with the effective use of available resources, Andrey Nazarov commented.
