Republican state support for industry amounted to 8 billion rubles for 3 years, which is a significant help for the development of enterprises, head of the department Alexander Sheldyaev said at the board of the Ministry of Industry of the republic.

Light industry enterprises received state financial support in 2022, the total amount of which amounted to 185 million rubles, of which 57 enterprises received approval for the purchase of raw materials for 140 million rubles and 51 enterprises for the purchase of equipment for 40.8 million rubles. With these funds, the factories upgraded equipment increased production potential, and reimbursed the costs of purchasing materials.

“Support for the light industry will continue in 2023. For these purposes, the republic’s budget for 2023 provides 155 million rubles (raw materials and materials - 100 million rubles, equipment - 50 million rubles, income-generating projects - 5 million rubles).

Also, organizations of the timber industry complex of the republic were granted subsidies to reimburse part of the costs for the purchase of machinery and equipment. 61 timber industry enterprises received contributions of more than 67.9 million rubles in 2022. Support for timber industry enterprises will continue in 2023. The republic’s budget provides 40 million rubles to reimburse costs associated with purchasing new pulp and paper, furniture, woodworking equipment, new logging, and logging equipment,” said Alexander Sheldyaev.

The Ministry of Industry of Bashkortostan has developed a subprogram "Development of the production of technical means of rehabilitation and rehabilitation equipment." A support measure will be implemented within its framework, subsidizing the costs of acquiring new equipment. Reimbursement will be subject to 50% of the actual costs but at most 5 million rubles per recipient. For the implementation of this measure, the budget of the republic for 2023 provides 20 million rubles.

“We are effectively using the tools of the Industrial Development Fund. Our fund is consistently among the top five in Russia. The total capitalization of the fund is more than 1.2 billion rubles. Last year, the fund supported 33 projects with an investment of over 8.3 billion rubles. Through the federal fund, 3.4 billion rubles were attracted for the implementation of projects, with a total investment in projects of 6.9 billion rubles,” the minister said.
