The volume of state support for farmers will amount to 5.2 billion rubles in 2023, the press service of the government of Bashkiria reported. Including almost 2.8 billion rubles from the republican budget - 37% more than a year earlier. The total amount of support exceeded 7 billion rubles in 2022.
“Even though the burden on the budget has increased, this year, the republic is increasing the volume of state support for agricultural producers. All key areas of support have been retained. Largely due to this, agricultural enterprises, even in difficult times, continue to actively acquire equipment, breeding stock, seeds, and fertilizers. This is important for maintaining the required profitability of agricultural production and, of course, for successfully implementing the upcoming spring field work,” said Deputy Prime Minister - Republican Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.
Bashkiria has a wide range of state support measures for farmers. These include subsidies for the purchase of agricultural machinery, fertilizers, and compensation for the costs of cultivating and selling grain crops.
