Zubovo technopark construction started in Ufimsky district

The Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, posted on social media that the republic is increasing its investment and industrial potential, creating decent conditions for entrepreneurs.

A good example here was the construction of the Zubovo technopark, which began to be built in the Ufimsky district. The first piles have already been driven into the base of a building with an area of 10.5 thousand square meters. There will be two such buildings on the site of the technopark. In addition, an administrative building is planned for 2.9 thousand square meters.

“This is one of the priority projects. Its cost is 1.4 billion. We will help with the engineering infrastructure - roads, heat, water, and electricity. We have already formed a pool of potential technopark residents. Among them are Ufa Compressor Plant and Scientific and Technical Center Geomechanics. In the first stage, 160 jobs are planned in the technopark, with a good growth prospect. The new site is located close to Ufa and conveniently located,” wrote Radiy Khabirov.

The Head of Bashkiria recalled that 12 industrial parks and 18 technoparks were registered in different regions of the republic. These sites created 30.1 thousand jobs, and 168 residents were registered. The total volume of their investments is more than 45 billion rubles.

“We invite industrial enterprises to implement their investment projects,” said Radiy Khabirov.
