33 industrial projects in Bashkiria receive the support of 11.2 billion rubles in 2022, which is 1.8 billion rubles more than in 2021, the Republican Ministry of Industry reported.
For example, 26 enterprises received 50 grants worth 129.4 million rubles and could reimburse interest on loans taken to replenish working capital. According to another program, for the development of production and the implementation of an investment project, a grant of 5 million rubles was received by the Korona furniture factory.
In recent years, the interests of industrial enterprises have shifted towards the acquisition of raw materials and the development of competitive industries, the Ministry of Industry noted.
Support was used by machine builders (9 companies) and representatives of the timber and furniture industries (8 enterprises).
The flagship program, "Development Projects", aims to support large-scale import-substituting industrial projects and can attract up to 2 billion rubles. Within its framework, 2 projects worth 4 billion rubles were approved, including the investment project of FG DOGA for 2 billion rubles. As Bashinform News Agency reported, this company is building a hydrocarbon gas processing plant in the Alga SEZ. Its cost is estimated at 4.8 billion rubles.
“The Industrial Development Fund created the Association of Clusters of Bashkortostan in 2022. During the year, the Association, together with the Republican Ministry of Industry and the Association of Clusters, Technoparks, and SEZs of Russia, created and included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation five industrial clusters of the republic - furniture, aviation, machine-building, industrial and agro-industrial. A light industry and uniforms cluster and a machine-tool cluster are at the formation stage. Following this program, it is possible to attract concessional financing up to 20 million rubles for up to 3 years at 1 or 3% per annum,” explained Anver Karimov, Director General of the Industrial Development Fund of Bashkortostan.
To date, the Industrial Development Fund is considering 14 projects of industrial enterprises with a total budget of more than 13.4 billion rubles.
