The growth in the production of electrical equipment in Bashkiria in 2022 amounted to 167% compared to the same period in 2021, and some of the specialized enterprises are included in the country's military-industrial complex. This was reported in the press service of the government of the region.
According to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkiria - Minister of Industry, Energy and Innovation Alexander Sheldyaev, the republic occupies a leading position in the production of lamps.
“The share of Bashkortostan is more than 40% in the country and about 80% in the Volga Federal District. The most noticeable growth is in cable and wire products, electronic and automatic control devices, and communication systems. We expect a breakthrough in the field of radio electronics. This year Bashkortostan receives a federal subsidy for the project of the radio-electronic technopark,” he said.
As the regional government added, at the moment, more than 10 companies produce electrical equipment in Bashkiria - last year alone, they delivered goods worth almost 14 billion rubles.
