Bashkiria will receive 50 million rubles for electric vehicle charging stations construction
The authorities of Bashkiria plan to subsidize the construction of 18 charging stations with almost 50 million rubles of support from the federal center in 2023. This was announced on social media by the Prime Minister of the Republic, Andrey Nazarov, following a meeting in the government of the Russian Federation on the development of electric transport.
“We will help build another 50 stations in 2024, here we will add republican money, and the total amount of subsidies will be more than 138 million rubles. The investor will be able to direct part of the subsidy to equipment for charging stations and part to technological connection to power grids,” the Head of the republican cabinet wrote.
More than 400 electric vehicles were registered in Bashkiria at the beginning of 2023. They can charge at 21 stations. Of these, 16 are in Ufa, one in Bulgakovo, two in Neftekamsk, and one in Bizhbulyaksky and Chishminsky districts.
As Bashinform News Agency reported, there were 160 electric vehicles and 13 stations in the region (of which 9 were in Ufa) in 2021.
