Head of Bashkiria: Task of Ministry of Land and Property Relations is to form plots for housing development and investment projects

3 million square meters of housing were commissioned in Bashkortostan last year. Today, the Head of the Republic noted at the collegium of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations that there is an ambitious task ahead - to build at least 4 million square meters of housing and to achieve this, we need to think about new sites for the development of our cities, pay special attention to Ufa on the eve of its 450-anniversary. The task of the ministry is to form land plots for housing development and large investment projects.

The construction of an interuniversity student campus begins in Ufa, and it is necessary to complete the preparation and transfer of a land plot to the concessionaire as soon as possible.

The head of the republic noted that the Ministry of Land and Property Relations needs to be worked out in terms of the formation of infrastructure and new sites in our most dynamically developing special economic zone in the country, Alga, as well as in terms of coordinating areas when creating a significant port special economic zone in the city of Agidel.
