Bashkiria Ministry of Land Property provided 13.5 billion rubles to regional budget

The republic passed a tough year with dignity. We did not allow the economy to contract. We supported people and fulfilled all social obligations, the Head of Bashkortostan said today at the collegium of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic following the results of 2022.

Budget revenues amounted to almost 330 billion rubles, including tax and non-tax revenues - 231 billion, with an increase of 28.8 billion or 14.2%.

“Your ministry provided 13.5 billion rubles to the budget. This is almost 8.3 billion more than in 2021 (5,238 billion rubles). The industry grew by 2.7%. Our farmers have harvested more than 5 million tons of grain. To continue to achieve such results and to maintain a leading position, we need to use all available resources actively. Your ministry must ensure the successful solution of tasks in all strategically important areas, programs, and projects for us,” said Radiy Khabirov.

One of the main tasks of the ministry for 2023, according to the Head of the republic, is to conduct an inventory of agricultural land and circulate all unused arable land. There are about 165,000 hectares in the republic now. According to Radiy Khabirov, the ground must work, and every hectare must be accounted for.

“We promptly adopted a law on the transfer to the republic of the powers of local governments to provide land plots, state ownership of which is not delimited. Last year, we received significant income from the lease and sale of such land plots - about 4.2 billion rubles,” Radiy Khabirov emphasized.

He also noted the effective interaction of the ministry with Rosreestr, the Cadastral Chamber, and municipalities.

“The cadastral valuation of all land plots on the territory of the republic, included in the Unified State Register of Real Estate as of January 1, 2022, has been completed. Your work is increasingly moving into digital format. Over the year, the number of public services converted to electronic form has grown from 17 to 26. In continuation of this work, I instruct this year to reduce the time for the provision of services for the state cadastral valuation,” the Head of the region noted.
