Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved the schedule for issuing and distributing housing certificates - in 2023, more than 2.5 thousand Russians will be able to receive them.
These are Chernobyl survivors, internally displaced persons, citizens moving from Baikonur, regions of the Far North and closed administrative-territorial entities, military personnel, employees of internal affairs bodies, and the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
As reported on the Telegram channel of the government of the Russian Federation, the certificate is given to those who, according to current standards, need to improve their living conditions. This year, almost 12 billion rubles are provided for this support measure in the federal budget.
The work is carried out within the framework of the state program "Providing affordable and comfortable housing and utilities for citizens of the Russian Federation."
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency informed that the government of the Republic of Bashkortostan approved the procedure for providing social benefits for the purchase of housing, certified by housing certificates, to persons belonging to the category of orphans and children left without parental care who have reached the age of 23.
