Three plots of state land with a total area of more than 1 hectare in the Nurimanovskiy district of Bashkiria are offered to investors as an investment site for the placement of a roadside service facility.
The land is located near the road Iglino - Krasnaya Gorka - Pavlovka, along which tourists visit recreation centers near the Pavlovsky reservoir - one of the most popular tourist sites. Roadside service here will be in demand by customers, and investors appreciate that the site is close to connection points to resources.
