Another 10 enterprises of Bashkiria will increase labor productivity

10 enterprises at once joined the national project "Labor Productivity" implementation in Bashkiria, the regional Ministry of Trade and Services reported. In total, 150 republican enterprises of all industries have already participated in the project. Over the past year, 24 new enterprises entered it.

“Trade enterprises now have the opportunity to receive systemic support measures,” commented Aleksey Gusev, head of the Ministry of Trade of Bashkiria.

In particular, a product is selected at the enterprise participating in the national project, and a sample of the production flow (sample flow) is created with high-efficiency indicators. A team of employees of the enterprise is formed for subsequent replication of the experience gained to other production flows of the enterprise.

As Bashinform News Agency previously reported, at the moment, pilot projects to increase labor productivity with the creation of a sample flow have been completed at 20 enterprises in Bashkiria. An average of 31% reduced the production process’s time, output increased by 23%, and stocks of work in progress were reduced by 39%.

“Thanks to participation in the Labor Productivity national project, enterprises are learning to use internal resources more efficiently, optimize the movement of products and logistics, and ensure the full loading of equipment and materials. The plans for 2023 are to attract 18 more enterprises,” said First Deputy Prime Minister – Republican Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy Rustam Muratov.

Any enterprise can become a member of the national “Labor Productivity” project. The main criteria for participation in the project are: the enterprise’s annual revenue is at least 400 million rubles. The enterprise must also belong to one of the essential non-resource sectors: manufacturing, agriculture, transport, construction, and trade. Among other requirements, the share of participation of tax residents of foreign states in the authorized capital of a legal entity should not exceed 50%.

The national project "Labor Productivity" was approved following the May decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2018. The national project is designed to create conditions for an annual increase in labor productivity in the country by 2024 by 5%.
