A new free site with a total area of more than 5 hectares was presented to the attention of investors. Its feature is the presence of an elevator designed for the storage and processing of grain. In addition, there are variously administrative and household facilities on the territory, including grain dryers, silos, and other equipment. The territory is connected to the necessary engineering infrastructure. Some of the buildings and equipment here have been refurbished.
