Russia Government called Bashkiria one of best regions for solving problems with long-term construction

The Territorial Development Fund summed up the past year's results. According to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Fund, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin, in the country as of January 1, 2022, 2.5 thousand long-term construction projects were classified as problematic, and according to data as of January 1, 2023, in the unified register of problem facilities remain 1.2 thousand objects.

“The result of the joint work of the Territorial Development Fund and Regions was the reduction of the register of long-term construction by 1315 objects, that is, by half”, Marat Khusnullin emphasized. - The rights of shareholders of these objects are already protected by federal or regional mechanisms. Residents will be able to receive either the keys to the apartment or the compensation due to them”, the Deputy Prime Minister noted.

Ilshat Shagiakhmetov, General Director of the Territorial Development Fund, named the regions with the best dynamics in reducing the number of objects.

“With the overall positive dynamics in all regions, we have identified several leaders. This is the Moscow region, where the list of problematic objects was reduced by 365. In the Leningrad region, the decrease was 133 objects, in the Krasnodar Territory - 105, in the Novosibirsk Region - 67, in the Republic of Bashkortostan - 66", Ilshat Shagiakhmetov said.

As Bashinform News Agency reported, this year, the issue of deceived equity holders of 39 problematic objects will have to be resolved in Bashkiria. A year ago, there were 106.

12 problematic objects are planned to be completed by the republic, and construction work at 17 objects is being completed with the participation of the Territorial Development Fund. For five objects, a review of the decision of the Fund's supervisory board on payments is expected, and for five more - a decision on the provision of compensation. It is assumed that the rights of equity holders of the most problematic objects will be restored in 2023.
