By the end of 2023, medical equipment worth 653 million rubles will be supplied to Bashkiria for cardiovascular disease control due to the Healthcare national project. This was reported in the regional Ministry of Health.
As part of the implementation of this large-scale project, many hospitals in the republic are already equipped with modern, expensive equipment. Among them is the Mesyagutovskaya Central District Hospital in the Duvansky District of Bashkiria.
“A modern CT scanner was installed in December 2022 to diagnose diseases of the bone, respiratory, and cardiovascular systems, the cost of which amounted to 55 million rubles. During this time, experts conducted 250 studies on it. And everything is according to compulsory medical insurance, free of charge”, the press service of the Ministry of Health of Bashkiria emphasized.
The new device is much safer than its predecessor and has modern scanning technologies. Experts explained that the improved model is distinguished by reduced radiation exposure, reliability, and high visualization.
Recall that the national project "Health" was developed on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
