For the construction of retail facilities and public catering establishments in rural areas with a population of no more than 5 thousand people, it is possible to obtain land plots for rent without bidding,” Andrey Nazarov recalled.

The head of government noted that it is now possible to get the whole range of measures of state support for priority investment projects in the region - tax preferences, obtaining a land plot for rent without bidding, receiving a subsidy to compensate for part of the costs of engineering and transport infrastructure.

“The measures are taken to support business and regulate the domestic food market have positive results. The volume of investments in the sphere of trade for the first 9 months of 2022 amounted to 4 billion rubles, which is 9.2% higher than the value of the same period last year, Andrey Nazarov emphasized. - The main priority in the consumer sector is to provide residents of the republic with quality goods and services at affordable prices. Therefore, it is important to implement measures to prevent unreasonable price increases,” the Prime Minister instructed.
