New wellness center will be built in Demsky district of Ufa
The investment project was included in the list of priorities and will receive state support.
"Constellation of the First" LLC will invest 110.5 million rubles into creating a new tourist facility. The year-round health-improving center Millennium Park Resort will be located in the Demsky district, and the site for the facility has been determined. The new company will employ 25 people.
The project was approved by the Investment Committee of the Ufa Administration and was included in the region's list of priority investment projects. The corresponding order was signed by the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment Policy, the press service of the Government of the Republic of Belarus reported.
The concept of the health center assumes that an ethno-village, glampings, exhibition and banquet halls, and a bath complex will be located on the park’s territory.
The investor plans to open a stable, year-round heated pool and provide hippotherapy services in the future.
