Despite the sanctions restrictions, 2022 turned out to be a successful year for the Bashkir industry, head of the Bashkir government, Andrey Nazarov, noted at a meeting where the results of the work of republican enterprises last year were summed up. 122 republican organizations are included in the list of backbone enterprises.
“We have taken additional support measures and carried out serious work to stimulate the work of enterprises and prevent a decrease in volumes. This year, they once again confirmed their leadership in the country in implementing the industrial policy strategy. This is a good indicator. Here, of course, you cannot calm down. There are many areas in which it is necessary to monitor, respond promptly, and provide support,” Andrey Nazarov emphasized.
Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Industry, Energy, and Innovation Alexander Sheldyaev added that the industrial production index for 11 months of last year exceeded the average Russian values and amounted to 102.3%.
Alexander Sheldyaev stressed that the republic had retained all measures of state support. A state measure to support manufacturers of technical means of rehabilitation will begin to operate in 2023; for this, 20 million rubles are provided in the budget of the republic for 2023.
Following the meeting, Andrey Nazarov instructed the Ministry of Industry to complete the design of a transformer station in Sibay in 2023, which will solve the energy shortage problems in the Trans-Urals.
“We need to build a weekly schedule, according to which we will work this year, to complete the design work on time,” the Prime Minister stressed.
Andrei Nazarov also instructed to keep under control the construction of the first plant of the Belarusian Company Amkodor OJSC, which is scheduled to be launched in June this year. After that, the investor will start implementing the second project for the production of municipal equipment.
The Head of the Cabinet also noted the need to develop the scientific and technological direction in the work of the Ministry of Industry.
According to the Federal Service of State Statistics, the number of organizations conducting innovative activities in the republic at the end of 2022 amounted to more than 400 units. There are four technology and innovation support centers. It was possible to attract 195 million rubles to support entrepreneurs of Bashkortostan in 2022. The funds were directed to the development of 56 projects.
