As Bashinform News Agency previously reported regarding the Head of the Republic, Radiy Khabirov, the harvest of grain and leguminous crops in Bashkiria reached 5 million tons this year - for the first time since the 1980s.

According to Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture of Bashkiria Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, the hard work of recent years contributed to the record harvest in 2022. We are talking about significant investments in equipment, elite seeds, and mineral fertilizers.

According to the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, the grain growers of the republic cannot stop at what has been achieved - they need to strive for a grain harvest of 6 million tons. Moreover, all the means to achieve such a result, including state support for purchasing equipment, seeds, fertilizers, and obtaining soft loans, are now available.

“We need to be ready for such harvests and ensure not only the storage of such a large amount of grain but also its sale,” Radiy Khabirov said.
