Bashkiria has significantly strengthened its position in business competition development

Bashkiria has significantly strengthened its position in the Russian region’s ranking in promoting competition in 2021. According to the Republic’s Prime Minister, Andrey Nazarov, the region has risen from 31st to 7th place.

“Experts assessed the quality of the subject's work in developing a competitive environment, reducing administrative barriers, increasing the availability of state and municipal procurement for small businesses, and many other factors. The team of our republic implemented measures aimed both at supporting entrepreneurs and increasing consumer satisfaction with the quality of services and goods produced and sold in Bashkortostan,” Andrey Nazarov explained.

The republic's prime minister added that the Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, approved a new action plan for 2022-2025 and identified new directions for developing market competition.

Andrey Nazarov added that the results of the rating of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation for the past year will be summed up in 2023.
