Radiy Khabirov spoke about student campus construction

The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, took part in the videoconference mode in the work of the presidium of the government commission for regional development of Russia on December 29, which was held by the Deputy Prime Minister of the country Marat Khusnullin.

“This is the best year for the construction industry in the country’s history. According to preliminary data, we have fulfilled all the plans - the commissioning of housing amounted to 101.5 million square meters, which is 10 percent more than last year's record. And we see another good start: we have increased the number of building permits - we issued them for 49 million square meters of housing, which is 23 percent higher than last year and almost twice as much as in 2019,” said Marat Khusnullin.

The head of Bashkortostan reported on creating an inter-university student campus of the Eurasian Scientific and Educational Center in Ufa. This is one of the first such facilities in Russia. The initiative is being implemented on the principles of public-private partnership within the national project "Science and Universities" framework.

Recall that on December 14, 2022, as part of International Business Week, the government of Bashkortostan and the Etalon Group signed a concession agreement for the construction and operation of the campus.

The head of the region thanked Marat Khusnullin and the Russian Ministry of Construction team for supporting republican projects and effective interaction in 2022 and congratulated him on the upcoming New Year holidays.
