Ufa adopts deficit-free budget for 2023

Ufa has adopted a budget for 2023 and the planning period of 2024 and 2025. The total budget revenues in 2023 will amount to 44.1 billion rubles, 2024 - 40.9 billion rubles, and 2025 - 30.6 billion rubles in. The decrease in the total amount of funds provided for 2024 and 2025 is explained by the change in intergovernmental transfers from higher budgets, which will be adjusted.

The projected volume of expenditures of the municipal treasury in 2023 will be 44.1 billion rubles, with an increase of 7 billion compared to the approved budget of 2022, which makes it deficit-free. In 2024-2025, the expenses will amount to 40.9 and 30.6 billion rubles, respectively.

The sectoral structure of expenditures has a social orientation. It is planned to allocate 20 billion rubles for education, culture, sports, youth, and social policy. As before, the most significant section in budget expenditures remains education. More than 17 billion rubles, or 39%, will be allocated for its financing. They are followed by spending on the national economy (13.5 billion rubles or 30.5%), housing and communal services (6.6 billion rubles - 15%), and social policy (1.2 billion rubles - 2.6%). %).
