Shipped goods volume reached 1.827 trillion rubles in Bashkiria

According to the results of 10 months of 2022, the volume of shipped goods in Bashkiria reached 1.827 trillion rubles. This is 6.8% more than in January-October 2021, Deputy Prime Minister of the Government - Minister of Industry, Energy, and Innovation of the Republic of Bashkortostan Alexander Sheldyaev said at a press conference at the Bashinform News Agency.

Regarding the volume of shipped products, the republic now ranks second among the regions of the Volga Federal District.

Industrial production in the region is also growing at 2.8%, which is ahead of the Russian average. In Russia, this figure is 100.1%, and in the Volga Federal District - 100.4%.

The main contribution to the increase in indicators is provided in the extraction of crude oil and natural gas, the production of chemicals and chemical products, the provision of services in the field of mining, and the production of vehicles and equipment. Moreover, the growth in crude oil and natural gas production was caused by oil supplies to India and the countries of Southeast Asia.

After the departure of foreign manufacturers from the Russian market, the need for domestic analogs has increased significantly. For the ten months of 2022, the production of medicines in Bashkiria increased by 25% compared to January-October 2021, and furniture - by 24.5%. Experts attribute the positive dynamics in furniture production to the departure of large foreign companies, as well as to the current support measures and the creation of a furniture cluster, Bashinform News Agency reported earlier.

“One of the main achievements of this year is economic development, with which our enterprises coped with dignity. Since February, not a single enterprise of the republic has been closed,” Alexander Sheldyaev said.
