Representatives of Bashkortostan at Russian Trade Mission in Foreign Countries received official passports. The documents were presented to the representatives of the republic in Belarus, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkey by the chairman of the government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Andrey Nazarov.
"We have already held talks at the highest level in Belarus, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. These countries' authorities and business communities are interested in developing cooperation with Bashkortostan. We have specific agreements on the implementation of joint projects. In the Ufimsky industrial park, we have begun constructing a plant to produce agricultural machinery and equipment together with the Belarusian Company Amkodor. The volume of investments here will be about 2.5 billion rubles. At the same time, we are preparing a project for a plant for the production of municipal equipment," Andrey Nazarov said.
The head of the Cabinet of Ministers also added that an agreement was reached with the Turkish Company Sanica Pipe on the localization of a project for producing plastic pipes and heating batteries worth 2.5 billion rubles in the republic.
"A business trip to Russian Trade Missions is a correct and balanced decision. It will confirm your status in the host country. This appointment is both honorary and responsible. On the shores of the Bosphorus, among the skyscrapers of Astana and the greenery of Tashkent, you will directly represent Bashkortostan," Andrey Nazarov emphasized.
According to the regional government's press service, representatives of Bashkortostan will work the status of employees of trade missions of the Russian Federation in foreign countries.
