Russian Federation State Duma and Federation Council approved country's budget
The law on the federal budget for 2023 is published on the portal of legal information. It is calculated based on the forecast for the volume of GDP for 149949 billion rubles, and the inflation rate is at most 5.5% - December 23, 2023, by December 23, 2022.
Revenues were approved in 26.13 trillion rubles, including oil and gas revenues - 938.9 billion rubles.
Expenses approved for 29 trillion rubles. The deficit is 2.9 trillion rubles.
As of January 1, 2024, the maximum domestic debt is set at 20.69 trillion rubles, external - 66.6 billion dollars or 63.4 billion euros.
The budget for 2024-2025 is planned with a gradual reduction in the deficit from 2% to 0.7% of the gross domestic product.
