

Russia will set a new record for housing construction by the end of 2022. This was stated by Vladimir Putin on November 30.
“We expect that a new record for housing construction will be set this year. Over 87 million square meters have already been commissioned. Three million Russian families have improved their living conditions,” the head of state said at the online opening ceremony of social facilities.
Earlier, Bashinform News Agency wrote that, despite two difficult pandemic years, the republic this year will show a record volume of housing commissioning - almost 3 million square meters. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Nikita Stasishin.
