Industrial parks will receive more funds for created infrastructure

The compensating costs mechanism for creating the industrial parks and technology parks infrastructure has been expanded in Russia. According to the Russian Federation government, the reimbursement standards have been doubled, and the limit for the return of costs to private investors has been increased to 75%, previously it was 50%. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation will become the single administrator of this procedure.

We are talking about specialized sites prepared for a quick start of production due to the existing infrastructure. It is assumed that the innovation will reduce the payback period of projects by half - up to 7 years. This is important because construction is becoming more expensive due to sanctions.

The government document notes that for regions and investors in technoparks and industrial parks the limit on costs that can be reimbursed has been increased from 15 million rubles up to 30 million rubles per 1 hectare of the total area of ​​the park and from 60 thousand rubles up to 120 thousand rubles per 1 sq. m of total building area.

State support standards have been increased for the first time in 8 years.
