The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, signed a law establishing a reduced corporate income tax rate.
For a separate category of taxpayers, the reduced rate of corporate income tax, which is subject to transfer to the republican budget, has been extended for another year. A preferential rate of 12.5 percent when calculating tax for 2023 can be applied by organizations that have concluded an investment agreement with the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan on the conditions for implementing a priority investment project.
According to the speaker of the republican parliament, the implementation of the law will cost the budget of the republic 150 million rubles, and the economic effect of the tax preferences will exceed this amount due to the stable operation of enterprises and the implementation of investment plans.
The list of priority investment projects of the republic contains 293 projects with a total investment of 769.8 billion rubles. Their implementation involves the creation of 33.9 thousand new jobs.
