The project involves the creation of capital construction facilities with an area of more than 150,000 square meters. Of these, over 70 thousand square meters are residential premises.

“The total number of created places for living exceeds 4,000. It is planned to allocate almost 12 billion rubles from the federal budget for the inter-university student campus construction, and the total cost of the facility will be more than 20 billion rubles,” Andrey Nazarov said.

“If the documents are agreed upon, all projects are ready to start. The project provides for the use of 12 land plots, 10 of which are in republican ownership,” Rustam Muratov said, adding that a concession agreement is planned to be signed at the upcoming International Business Week.

At the Government meeting, the issue of subsidizing preferential loans for the purchase of housing for employees of IT companies was also discussed.

“Since May of this year, 269 applications for preferential mortgage loans have been accepted in the republic. Of these, 185 have been approved. 49 loan agreements have been concluded for an amount exceeding 306 million rubles. Applications keep coming in.
