The register of free investment sites of the republic has been replenished in Bashkiria. More than 40 land plots with a total area of 300 hectares are located in the Ufimsky Logistics Park near the Shaksha neighborhood and are intended for the production, storage, and processing of agricultural products, as well as the opening of food industry enterprises. It is reported by the Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The advantage of accommodation on the proposed sites is the proximity of Ufimsky Logistics Park to the federal highway M-5 Ural, as well as to the main tracks of the Trans-Siberian Railway. A container railway terminal will start operating on the territory of the park in 2024. All sites are provided with the ability to connect to gas, electricity, water supply, and sanitation networks.
You can familiarize yourself with the presented land plots by watching a virtual tour. It displays complete information about the technical characteristics of each investment platform.
