New productions opened in Bashkiria need personnel

Presenting at the plenary session of the State Assembly of Bashkiria the forecast of the socio-economic development of the region for 2023-2025, the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government - Minister of Economic Development of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustam Muratov focused on how the problem of employment is being solved in Bashkiria. It should be reminded that a historical minimum of the unemployment rate is recorded in the republic today.

Against this background, the question arises of providing personnel for new industries that appear in the republic. Due to the high pace of investment projects being implemented, enterprises are faced with a shortage of personnel. Providing investors with a competitive level of wages will allow attracting specialists within the framework of intra-republican labor migration.

Rustam Muratov noted that the training of personnel for enterprises also continues within the framework of the “Professionality” program by strengthening the ties between enterprises and educational institutions.
